Judicial calculation is one of the frontiers we are automating end to end, transforming one of the most technical, critical, and sensitive processes in the legal and financial sectors into an AI-native product. We're hiring a Deployment Strategist to make AIM real inside these partners.

You'll work shoulder to shoulder with C-level executives on the hardest problems inside a large enterprise. The kind of work that moves the economics of the business.

You'll sit where three worlds meet: the frontier of AI, the inside of a large enterprise, and Tela's solution engineers. Your job is to keep the three in sync so motion never stops.

This role didn't exist in the enterprise world before AI started compounding. It exists now because nothing else fits. Vendors leave. Consultancies run projects. Internal teams move in planning cycles. AIM never ends — and a Deployment Strategist is the person who keeps it alive.

Day-to-day

• Own a partner relationship end to end: from discovery, through deployment, into continuous adoption.
• Turn hard business problems into AI-native solutions alongside our solution engineers.
• Find the highest-leverage opportunities inside a partner's operations and sequence them into a roadmap that compounds.
• Make trade-offs visible to executives so they can decide fast, with real information.
• Measure impact in the partner's own language: revenue, cost, speed, risk.
• Lead internal initiatives at Tela that shape where our platform and playbook go next.

What We're Looking For

• You think in systems and structures. Ambiguity doesn't freeze you, it sharpens you.
• You can live at the frontier of AI and understand how a large enterprise actually breathes. At the same time.
• You're analytical but you move in weeks, not quarters. In a compounding environment, plans that take months are obsolete before they launch.
• You're comfortable leading strategic conversations at C-level and translating between technical and business reality.
• You care about measurable impact, not activity.
• You want a technical understanding of AI systems. You don't need to be an engineer, you just won't stop at the surface.

Bonus Points

• Experience in strategic consulting or product management, with exposure to problem-solving, structured analysis, and executive-level projects.
• Background in technology-driven projects or a strong interest in AI platforms, workflow automation, and adjacent systems.
• Experience navigating complex organizations, stakeholders, and decision-making processes.
