Judicial calculation is one of the frontiers we are automating end to end, transforming one of the most technical, critical, and sensitive processes in the legal and financial sectors into an AI-native product.
We're hiring a hands-on Software Engineer to build the platform that makes AI agents real in production.
You'll live at the intersection of three things: scalable systems, AI-driven automation, and product impact. Not one at the expense of the others — all three at once.
The models improve every month. The workflows on top of them shift just as fast. Your job is to build the infrastructure, services, and abstractions that hold up while everything underneath keeps moving.
This is a builder's role. You'll write production code, own architecture, and see your work run inside some of the most innovative companies in Latin America.
What You'll Do
- Architect and build the core of our AI automation platform.
- Build and optimize the services, APIs, and integrations that bring client workflows to life.
- Build internal tooling that makes the whole engineering team faster.
- Own reliability, performance, and security across the stack.
- Work with product and engineering to shape the roadmap and the user experience.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building robust, scalable software.
- Strong TypeScript, with real experience across modern frameworks and backends.
- You think in system design — you turn complex requirements into simple, maintainable architecture.
- You thrive in remote, fast-moving, high-autonomy environments.
- Builder mindset: you create the abstractions, libraries, and infrastructure that make everyone around you more effective.
Bonus Points
- You've worked with enterprise-scale systems or regulated environments.
- You're familiar with AI platforms, workflow automation, or developer platforms.
- You've contributed to open source or built relevant personal projects.
- You've been in high-growth startups or infrastructure-focused teams.
